Due to growing demand for Redvespa's business analysts we're increasing our team of Senior BA/Consultants. You could be one of them!

Redvespa provides specialist business analysis and project management expertise to some of New Zealand's largest public and private sector organisation. To achieve this we focus on two very important relationships - the partnership that we establish and maintain with our client; and the relationship that we have with the talented professionals that make up the Redvespa team.

• You will join a professional community that includes some of the best business analysts in the country
• Deployed on a range of our client's technology programmes you will either lead or participate in the full range of business analysis activities
• Although you'll spend most of your time at client sites you'll also be involved in a range of Redvespa team events and professional development activities
• When not on assignment you'll have the opportunity to be involved in a range of Redvespa's own projects

You will have....

• Proven confidence and expertise as a Senior BA - probably 10+ years business analysis experience or extensive business experience combined with 4-5 years BA experience
• Superior communication skills - written and verbal
• A reputation for proactive requirements management that successfully delivers against the clients time, cost, and quality objectives
• A passion for the 'art' of business analysis and an ability to share your experience with other BA's and clients
